I am blown away by my experience with this hotel. The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. Even with the smallest details. Room service is very fast and the food is delicious. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. But hands down, the shining star here is the incredible staff!!

Housekeeping staff are very friendly and efficient shoutout to Lovepreet who took good care of my room during my 2 week stay here for work.

Comfortable, good-sized room. There is some aircraft noise. I had a bit of difficulty getting the front desk to answer the phone on a couple of separate occasions. One of those times, I went down to the reception. When I got there, two clerks were chatting among themselves, and there were no guests. They also provided incorrect information regarding shopping.

I can't say enough good things about our experience here. Had an unexpected overnight in Winnipeg. The hotel was a two minute walk from the airport. The front desk representative was kind and efficient. She let us choose which side of the hotel we would like to be on. My son had a great view of the airport from our room so he could watch the planes. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant had lots of reasonably priced options. The server was extremely friendly and she provided great service. Arrived at our destination that morning after an early flight, only to find out the airline has lost one of our bags. We needed a bag tag that was left in our hotel room to help the airline track our missing bag. The person that answered the phone went right to our room and called us back within five minutes and gave us the information we needed. The airline found our bag five days later and would not have if we didn't have the name and number from the bag tag in that hotel room! Needless to say they went above and beyond with their service. Saved 15% by booking on my phone before walking across the road. Checkout can be done on your phone. As well they offer an option to stay for a late checkout at a rate of $10 per hour from noon to 4pm which is very beneficial if you have a later flight.

Staff deserves a big raise! They were very accommodation. Quick check in and lots of complimentary options like extended check out time etc.

I stayed in a King Suite and found it well furnished. Attentive and friendly staff. The food and drink in the restaurant and lounge are very good. It is attached to the Grand Hotel so access is easy from the airport. The bed and pillows were very luxurious! I would definitely stay here again. The value is good.

Great Hotel 10/10 would recommend beautiful view of the airport from the room, great polite friendly staff at the front desk, very clean modern room. Will absolutely keep in mind if I ever connect through Winnipeg again.

The room was good but the guy that drives the shuttle to the airport looked like he didn’t want to be there and he grab our luggage without care ( I was trying to do myself to do it properly but he didn’t let me) and he ripped one of my luggage, I had to rearrange my bags at the airport and throw some stuff and the bag away ( I was moving out of Winnipeg so I had no way to just have a new bag or storage the things)
